Day Hero is provided for personal, non-commercial use. You may use the app as intended — to plan, track, and make the most of your day. You agree not to misuse, reverse-engineer, or attempt to disrupt the app in any way.
Your Content
Anything you create inside Day Hero — notes, tasks, plans — belongs to you. We don't claim ownership over your content. Your data stays on your device unless you choose to back it up through Apple's services.
What You Should Not Do
- Use the app for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to copy, modify, or redistribute the app
- Try to extract source code or underlying assets
- Use the app in a way that could harm others
App Availability
We strive to keep Day Hero running smoothly. However, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability at all times. The app may be updated, modified, or temporarily unavailable due to maintenance. We'll always aim to improve your experience.
In-App Purchases
Day Hero may offer optional in-app purchases or a premium version. All purchases are processed securely through the Apple App Store. Payments, refunds, and subscriptions are managed under Apple's standard policies.
Updates to These Terms
We may occasionally update these Terms of Use. When we do, the "Last updated" date at the top will change. Continuing to use Day Hero after an update means you accept the revised terms.
